1. it is a photograph of a publicly visible and accessible three-dimensional artwork;

4. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it supports two important, well sourced discussions: (1) on the subject's unusual and widely remarked batting stance—as the subject retired as a baseball player over four decades ago, no free image could be created to show him in his stance, and (2) on the statue itself, both as one of the first major examples of the recognition Musial received after his playing career was over and as a popular meeting place for fans of the team for which he played.
