MediaWiki internal errors

[edit]

Hi, don't know how closely you watch the Village Pump, but did you see this thread? It's happening to me again this morning, so I just checked in on T389734 to check on their progress in tracking it down. Looks like a bug in the GNU C Library glibc was found and reported. But, a couple days ago, the comment A likely cause for the increase in exception rate in February is this edit. I just thought you would like to know. I recall how, nearly 30 years ago now, I ran code that crashed my company's mainframes. Applications guys aren't supposed to ever be able to do that! I'm in awe of the systems guys' debugging work in that thread. wbm1058 (talk) 13:25, 4 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Wbm1058 Wow, I never wouldn't imagined that the full descriptions for each tag would be loaded every time the drop-down of tag names was populated, never mind being parsed. --Ahecht (TALK

Look if you're all upset about an edit on the page regarding her legacy status. Have the page locked. Till then stop removing it. Cwall48 (talk) 17:34, 19 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Cwall48 please discuss changes to the article on it's talk page rather than edit warring. --Ahecht (TALK

I doubt I formatted this right—consider it artisanal! Placeholderer (talk) 17:59, 1 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
