The platform includes hosting services based on Google Cloud infrastructure, with features such as automated backups, security tools, and scalability options.[7]
History
[edit]10Web was established in 2017 in Newark, Delaware, by a group of entrepreneurs of Armenian origin.[citation needed] In 2022, the company released 10Web Booster, a performance optimization tool for WordPress websites.[8] In 2023, it entered into a partnership with Meta Box, a plugin used to manage custom fields in WordPress.[9][10] The company introduced updates in 2024, including AI Ecommerce features and a revised AI Website Builder with expanded generative capabilities.[11] Also in 2024, it launched AI Co-Pilot, an assistant designed to extend the platform’s use of AI in content editing and layout adjustments.[12]

The AI Website Builder allows users to create websites by entering text prompts, which are used to generate layouts, images, and written content for different types of websites, including e-commerce and informational pages.[12] The company also provides a managed WordPress hosting service through Google Cloud, offering uptime guarantees and various security features.[13] In 2022, 10Web introduced 10Web Booster, a tool intended to improve website loading speed and performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores.[8] The platform also includes AI Co-Pilot, a conversational assistant integrated into its editor that helps users modify website structure and content.[14]
