Amphinecta mula is a species of Desidae that is endemic to New Zealand.[1]
Taxonomy
[edit]This species was described by Ray Forster and Cecil Wilton in 1973 from female specimens.[1] The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum under registration number AS.000074.[2]
Description
[edit]The female is recorded at 15.98mm in length.[1]
Distribution
[edit]This species is only known from Nelson, New Zealand.[1]
Conservation status
[edit]Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Not Threatened".[3]
