Draft:Abhinav Ankit
Submission declined on 27 February 2025 by SK2242 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: The sources don't show this meets the requirements at WP:GNGReference 1 is an iMDB listing. Not independent and not reliable as IMDB hosts user-generated contentReference 2 is a profile on the subjects own website. Not independent, can be used for verifying basic facts but does not show notabilityReference 3 is another "author" profile of Ankit. Not independentReference 4 is the closest thing to proper coverage, but the article doesn't really go into detail on Ankit besides mentioning him as the author of the researchReference 5 is an article posted on the subjects own website. Not independentYou need multiple sources (ideally 3 or more) that are:* completely unaffiliated with the subject* provide significant coverage (i.e. talk in detail, at least two paragraphs) about t he subject* are considered to be reliable, especially when reporting on living persons. If you are unsure of the quality of a source, see the list at WP:RSP or ask at the reliable sources noticeboard. SK2242 (talk) 06:02, 27 February 2025 (UTC)
