advores Advokater & Rechtsanwälte is a Danish-German law firm,.[1] that primarily deals with legal cross border matters between Denmark and Germany.[2] The company has offices in Copenhagen, Hamburg and Flensburg and employs approximately 20 employees in the two countries.[3]
advores was founded in April 2022 by five German lawyers who were previously lawyers at Andersen Partners[4] and three lawyers from NJORD Law Firm and Aumento, who also had their focus on Danish-German cross border matters, and the company grew to its current size.[5]
advores is structured as a German limited partnership, with the Danish office as a branch of the German partnership.[1] advores deals with most areas of commercial law, including construction law, labor law, company law, real estate law, but also personal law cases such as Danish-German inheritance cases and criminal law. advores deals with most areas of commercial law, labor law, company law, construction law, litigation and transfer of real estate, but also private law cases such as Danish-German probate cases and criminal law.[6] advores' primary focus is to help German clients with legal issues in Denmark and Danish clients with legal issues in Germany.[7]
