The Colloquium Mathematicum is a mathematical journal covering moderate-length original research papers in all disciplines of pure mathematics. It's co-founded in 1947 by Bronisław Knaster, Edward Marczewski, Hugo Steinhaus and Władysław Ślebodziński. It's currently published by the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with 2 issues constituting a volume and with at least 3 issues published annually. It accepts articles in English, French, German, Russian, all the published articles are indexed and reviewed in Mathematical Reviews.
The editorial board is located at the Institute of Mathematics of the University of Wrocław. As of 2019, it consists of pl:Piotr Biler, pl:Marek Bożejko, Andrzej Derdzinski, pl:Tomasz Downarowicz, Mirna Džamonja, pl:Krzysztof Frączek, pl:Lech Tadeusz Januszkiewicz, pl:Jerzy Kaczorowski, pl:Grzegorz Karch, pl:Paweł Krupski, Tadeusz Kulczycki, Ludomir Newelski, Adam Nowak, pl:Jan Okniński, Fulvio Ricci, pl:Daniel Simson, pl:Piotr Śniady, Zbigniew Szafraniec and pl:Ryszard Szwarc.
Starting with Volume 114 of 2009, the journal is listed on Journal Citation Reports. The journal accepts article in English and publishes "Online First" article versions freely available for download by everybody (no embargo on republishing elsewhere) whereas authors receive final print files of their articles with all publication files for their personal use only (with embargo). Authors retain the right to distribute their author accepted manuscript under a CC-BY license, and under the same license they can publish their articles in open access upon a €400 fee.
The journal is abstracted/indexed in: Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt MATH, Science Citation Index Expanded, Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition, Google Science, Scopus, EBSCO Discovery Service.
