The 700t was one of the earliest in the thinkpad line of computers released around 1993,it was a early handheld tablet similar to PDAs that started to take of around the same time, Link to photo

Hardware Powered by a Intel 386SX/20 CPU it was a relatively low performance device,running at a clock speed of around 20mhz It had a monochrome 640x480 STN display and either 4 or 8mb of ram
