Jobswithdod (styled JOBSwithDOD) is a digital technology company based in Washington, D.C. that provides career guidance and a job marketplace specifically for the defense industry.[1] JOBSwithDOD provides recruitment marketing and hiring solutions for civilian jobs both to the U.S. Department of Defense and defense industry companies who support the U.S. Department of Defense.[2][3][4] JOBSwithDOD also publishes defense industry career articles, research, and reports.[5]
JOBSwithDOD works through an agreement with USAJOBS, the U.S. Federal Government's official employment site to provide the U.S. Department of Defense Civilian job postings and recruitment marketing based upon identified areas defined in the Building a Civilian Talent Pipeline Report.[6][7] JOBSwithDOD has been used by defense companies including Boeing, Allen Control Systems, GE Aerospace, and other defense technology companies to support their need for attracting and hiring defense employees.
