Elected to represented District 3 in Grand Gedeh County, Liberia, Jacob Cheategba Debee II, MBA, BSc, previously served as the Dean of Admissions, Records, and Financial Aid at the Salvation Army Polytechnic (T-SAP) in Monrovia. He served in a similar role at the African Methodist Episcopal University and holds a Master of Science in Procurement. In August 2018, he was appointed to manage admissions and financial aid at T-SAP. Following the institution's closure due to the 2014 Ebola epidemic and other constraints, T-SAP reopened. During which time, he helped facilitate the return of qualified students, 48 individuals (43 male, 5 female) who had passed entrance exams prior to the closure were identified and informed to proceed with admissions.
