Doroni Aerospace Inc is an American aerospace company based in Pompano Beach, Florida, specializing in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.[1][2][3]
Founded in January 2017 by entrepreneur Doron Merdinger, the company's flagship Doroni H1 received Special Airworthiness Certification from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration on December 1, 2023, clearing the way for expanded flight testing of its personal eVTOL.[4][5]
To date, Doroni has raised over US$4.9 million through equity crowdfunding on StartEngine in support of H1 development.[6]
In April 2025, the company secured US$30 million in investment to accelerate its H1-X program.[7][8][9][10]
In February 2025, Doroni entered into agreements worth up to US$180 million with Saudi Arabian entities to manufacture and export flying cars.[11][12][13][14][15]
