One Step GPS (stylized as OneStepGPS or OneStepGPS.com) is a U.S.-based telematics and fleet management technology company headquartered in San Fernando, California.

One Step GPS operates in the commercial fleet telematics sector, alongside companies such as Samsara, Geotab, GPS Insight, and Azuga.[1]

History

One Step GPS was founded in 2016 as a privately held telematics company based in California.[2]

The company was first ranked on the Inc. 5000 list in 2021 at No. 199 and has remained on the list for four consecutive years: No. 1205 (2022), No. 2359 (2023), and No. 2888 (2024).[3] It was also featured in the Inc. Regionals Pacific rankings, placing No. 42 (2022), No. 116 (2023), No. 111 (2024), and No. 99 (2025), with a reported two-year growth rate of 75 percent.[4]

In 2022, the company was included in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, a list recognizing high-growth technology firms in North America.[5] One Step GPS has also received recognition from the Stevie Awards for achievements in sales and customer service.[6]

In 2023, Forbes Advisor listed the company among notable GPS fleet tracking software providers.[7] The company has also been rated on user review platforms including Capterra,[8] Shopper Approved,[9] and Glassdoor.
