History

[edit]

Founding and Early Years

[edit]

Founded in 2011 by Sasha Strozhemin and Andrey Ivanov, Trinetix began providing services in augmented reality (AR), experience design, and mobile app development, operating from a delivery center in Kyiv, Ukraine. During this period, the company developed over 20 AR projects for Procter & Gamble, Nivea, ExxonMobil, McDonaldʼs, and Coca-Cola.[4]

Growth and Expansion

[edit]

In 2023 Trinetix merged with Nashville-based Emergest, which specialized in full-cycle product delivery. Under the terms of the merger, Trinetix broadened its U.S. presence and integrated operations of both organizations to provide services in logistics, waste management, and healthcare. Later that year, Trinetix opened a new office in Brentwood, Tennessee, United States.[5]

Later in 2023, Trinetix raised $10 million from Hypra Fund to expand its international presence in Latin America.[6][7][8][9]

In 2024, Trinetix opened a new delivery center in Buenos Aires, Argentina.[10][11][12]
