Vikram Razz

[edit]

Vikram Razz (also known as Vikram Pop) is an Indian student entrepreneur and event planner. He is the founder and event director of InnovXus, a student-led event management organization focused on empowering youth through practical experience. As of 2025, he is in the final year of his Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree.

Early Life and Education

[edit]

Razz began his university education with a strong interest in computer programming. In his early semesters, he actively participated in coding but shifted his focus to student leadership and campus activities after joining a student organization. His experience there inspired him to build his own initiative.

Career

[edit]

Founding InnovXus

[edit]

In his third semester, Razz founded InnovXus after facing management issues in a previous organization. Initially focused on entertainment events, InnovXus soon evolved into a platform for student entrepreneurship and event execution.

Event Leadership and Achievements

[edit]

Razz has led InnovXus in organizing over 20 events on campus. The organization expanded to large-scale programs, such as:

  • A 3-day E-Summit at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna
  • A 2-day Grand Finale event at IIT Delhi under the SBI College Youth Ideathon

At the IIT Delhi event, InnovXus received four awards, including the Entrepreneur Catalyst Award from Lovely Professional University, chosen from over 1,400 colleges. Three InnovXus volunteers were also recipients of Student Leader Awards.

In 2022, Razz also worked with DNA Networks during the IPL Semi-Final at Eden Gardens.

Setbacks and Revival

[edit]

Six months before the current date, InnovXus lost its core team. Razz briefly considered closing operations but instead organized an event independently. Its success revitalized the organization, which now includes over 100 volunteers.

Personal Philosophy

[edit]

Razz is known for his belief in self-motivation. He has said:

> "Self-motivation is the most powerful fuel. When no one believes in you — believe in yourself. That’s when real magic happens."
