Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: This is an advert for a commercial process. That is not what Wikipedia is for. Most of this page has no sources, and much of it appears to be opinions. Considering that this is a recreation of a page that was deleted quite recently, these issues are too severe.
