National Population Development Plan

National Population Development is a Chinese CCCP government policy .The plan aims to keep China's total population at 1.45 billion and increase life expectancy to 79 by 2030.The plan also focuses on increasing the labor supply by utilizing international talent.[1][2][3][4][5][6] [7][excessive citations]
