[edit]Do pilots usually fly one full loop, and then exit? Or fly multiple loops? Thanks, Maikel (talk) 23:12, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
Update on the F-35?
[edit]Just stumbled on this video, uploaded 1 month ago.

Does this mean a shift away from what is said in the article that F-35s do not fly the loop? J-Star (talk) 09:32, 17 March 2023 (UTC)

[edit]It linked to an incorrect page (regarding a similar site in the USA - https://theaviationist.com/2017/11/17/is-star-wars-canyon-americas-plane-spotting-jewel-at-risk-of-overuse/). I Have altered the link so it points to a more relevant article, actually about the Mach loop from the same source. However, I don't know how to archive links, sorry. 86.165.63.151 (talk) 21:17, 26 April 2025 (UTC)
Translation altered in opening sentence
[edit]Changed from "The Mach Loop (also known as the Machynlleth Loop, Welsh: Dolen Mach)" to "The Mach Loop (also known as the Machynlleth Loop, Welsh: Dolen Machynlleth)"
as the alternative was "The Mach Loop (Welsh: Dolen Mach) also known as the Machynlleth Loop (Welsh: Dolen Machynlleth)" or something equally daft. Saying that it's clearly also a pun on Mach 1 being the speed of sound so who knows?
