- Hi @KarsKormak Given that Professional services automation (PSA) is a defined category of IT software platform (not a brand/company), similar to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), I would suggest the page assumes the same policy as those two platform pages - able to detail an important area of technology platform development. Clearly generic, from the article text. Per WP:CAPS and WP:TITLE: this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. In addition, WP:MOS says that a compound item should not be upper-cased just because it is abbreviated with caps. Matches the formatting of related article titles. Then it should be marked as a stub, because there just isn't enough info in the two combined.

Replacing outdated definition of PSA
[edit]Current definition is outdated, and not reflective of the PSA industry's current shape - Propose replacement of top description with:
