[edit]Ford Anastasia (born Jackson Reed; November 14, 2007) is a pop, rap, and electronic artist from Ville Platte, Louisiana. He is most known for his musical catalogue consisting of hits like "This Side of Paradise" and "Lafayette Superstar." He also has ran multiple boxing promotions under the name "PCA Boxing Club."[1]
Musical Career

[edit]Ford Anastasia's first debut into music was a beat channel entitled "AB Beats" in 2019 when he was just 11 years old. This channel mainly consisted of Lo-Fi beats and hard trap beats.[2] In 2021, he created the name "Ford Anastasia" through a producer name generator. The generator needed the name of his pet and the name of a gangster and combined "Ford" & "Albert Anastasia" to create "Ford Anastasia." [3] Ford Anastasia also goes by other nicknames: Anastasia, Stasia, Hoffman, Big Fessy, and Cracker Jack.
Big Chungus Rap
[edit]In 2021, Ford Anastasia released "Big Chungus Rap" under pseudonym "Big Queef." The song was a humorous track about being a gay rapist. Also in 2021, Stasia started releasing music under the "Ford Anastasia" name to streaming services. These tracks were metal influenced, industrial hip-hop tracks, a far cry from his musical style now. Songs like "Slit Things, Shoot Me" and "Lay It On Me" are early examples of this style.
Pink Snow
[edit]On November 1st, 2021, at 13 years old, Ford Anastasia released his first project "Pink Snow." It was a psychadelic lo-fi instrumental project consisting of 8 songs. [4] The sound was a precursor to the more pop sound he would go far on his 2025 project "ANASTASIA" and his upcoming album "ASCENSION."
ROCHE
[edit]On March 4th, 2022, at 14 years old, Anastasia released his second project "ROCHE," [5] a psychadelic, cloud rap mixtape most known for the song "Shoutout K!" The project consisted of 7 songs with 2 music videos, one for "Babsi" and one for "Hoffman". The original plan for the project was to have 7 music videos, one for each song, all tying together a cohesive storyline. This never came about due to his lack of friends willing to help him on his project. The album explores themes of love, suicide, and drug use. Songs like "Golden Gates", "Hoffman", and "DXM", are tracks that use the concept of abstract lyricism and music surrealism.
/breathe life\
[edit]Before his 15th birthday, on November 1st, 2022 (the one year anniversary of Pink Snow), Ford Anastasia released his third project "/breathe life\". This project was the most depressing and experimental project by the Lafayette Superstar thus far. It's dark themes of isolation and suicide are extremely prevalent throughout most of the project, making it somewhat hard to listen to. The lead single "/breathe life\" is an absolute classic among Ford Anastasia fans, with many considering it to be one of his greatest tracks.
ANASTASIA
[edit]After 2 years of anticipation, on February 28th, 2025, Ford Anastasia released what many consider to be his best and breakout album, "ANASTASIA".

[edit]On May 28th, 2022, Ford Anastasia released the single "Above" with an accompanying music video. This track would be considered an underrated classic by Ford Anastasia's fans (unofficially known as the "Stasians").
