Yashdeep Singh Thakur is an Advocate championing the Environmental cause and issue, having contested cases where substantial issues like degradation of water body, river,illegal mining & cutting of mountain, Habitat destruction of wildlife and humans, pollution of air or water etc are committed. He did his B.Tech in Metallurgy and Material Science from National Institute of Technology Bhopal and LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Gujrat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Tiger Habitat case is the most important matter contested by him, where the issue related to protection of urban Tigers and their breeding ground was raised before the NGT Bhopal Bench. Ratapani Tiger Reserve has been notified and formed pursuant to the issue being raised and strongly contested in the matter OA 160/2024 by Advocate Yashdeep Singh Thakur. He has contested many Arbitration matters before various courts and Tribunal, where dispute resolution process benefited due to his techno legal inputs and expertise.
