[edit] Hello! I'm DIYeditor. I just wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the page Firmware have been reverted because they appear to have added incorrect information. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite a reliable source, discuss it on the article's talk page, or leave me a message on my talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. —DIYeditor (talk) 07:25, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
Hi Calliper Callip! I noticed that you recently made an edit and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia: it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. —DIYeditor (talk) 07:26, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
Hi Calliper Callip! I have reverted your edits to interpreter, since they appear to imply that Python is the only interpreted language. There are lots of other interpreted languages, many of which predate Python, sometimes by decades. Murray Langton (talk) 07:41, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
- Indeed I think if this user edits any further we are going to be looking at an ANI case and asking for a CIR block. —DIYeditor (talk) 20:54, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
Unusual edit
[edit]Can you explain this edit? It is very unusual and is the opposite of the truth. —DIYeditor (talk) 07:33, 28 March 2025 (UTC)
