ClueBot archiving to the wrong month

I set up ClueBot to archive my talk page and I see that when it ran today, it archived under January instead of February. I noticed that this has been brought up before but didn't get an answer.

This is my current setup for the bot:

{{User:ClueBot III/ArchiveThis
| age=720
| archiveprefix=User talk:Vertyy/Archives/
| format= Y/F
| header={{User:Vertyy/TPTop}}{{User:Vertyy/archivebox}}
| archivenow=<nowiki>{{User:ClueBot III/ArchiveNow}}</nowiki>
}}

Did I set up the bot wrong or is this an issue with the bot? Vertyy (talk💬|contribs📝) 04:45, 22 February 2025 (UTC)

Something is wrong with this page. The archive box for this page is showing links to the above editor's User_talk: archives. WhatamIdoing (talk) 04:17, 1 March 2025 (UTC)

How to report false negative

I expected ClueBot to catch repeated slurs. I see the process above for reporting false positives, but what's the process for getting false negatives added to the training set? WhatamIdoing (talk) 04:23, 1 March 2025 (UTC)

@WhatamIdoing: Same process :) - RichT|C|E-Mail 16:15, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
@Rich Smith, how? The false positives report requires posting a custom id number from ClueBot's edit summary. There's no such edit summary, and therefore no such number, when ClueBot doesn't revert it. WhatamIdoing (talk) 16:36, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
@WhatamIdoing: Oh, duh :P Sorry about that. I don't think there is a function for that sadly then - RichT|C|E-Mail 16:38, 4 March 2025 (UTC)

ClueBot III fails in dealing with unexpected bad user archiving configurations, making obviously bad edits

See Wikipedia talk:Miscellany for deletion#Buggy pages? for discussion of bad edits by the archiving bot ClueBot III. wbm1058 (talk) 17:14, 19 March 2025 (UTC)

@Wbm1058: Thanks, like you noted there, the bot is just doing what its been told to do - RichT|C|E-Mail 17:15, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
I hope that's not the final answer. If someone tells a bot to delete the main page, and it complies, I think the community would agree to delete the bot. – wbm1058 (talk) 17:17, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
I've been looking at fixing a lot of the long-standing issues with ClueBot III recently, as well as revamping the codebase. I'll see if I can look at this issue tonight. Naomi Amethyst 17:30, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
I'm still looking at this. I've spent a decent amount of time over the past couple of days looking at the ClueBot III code and cringing—I wrote it 17.5-ish years ago, and haven't touched it much since. I'm honestly surprised it's still working. I've been cleaning it up, and hope I'll get something I'm happy to test in the next week or so. Naomi Amethyst 04:40, 22 March 2025 (UTC)

Missed 90+ days archived sections

Hello. At Wikipedia:Link rot/URL change requests, there are 19 sections where the last comment was more than 3 months ago. This page is setup to have sections archived after the last comment was 3 months ago. ClueBot III archived some of them on March 25th but not all of them. I was wondering why this was the case. Thanks! MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 18:59, 30 March 2025 (UTC)

Changes have been made to the sections even if no signature/timestamp updates occurred. The bot just cares if a section has been changed at all in the last 90 days. Naomi Amethyst 22:44, 30 March 2025 (UTC)
