IP address blocked after moving to new internet service provider.
[edit]I have been a contributor to Wikipedia for several years. Since changing my service provider and moving to fibre to the premises (FTTP), the block of ip addresses allocated to me by my provider means I am automatically blocked by Wikipedia in two areas. I cannot now edit my own content or create new. I have been trying to work out how to get the matter resolved, but I can't fathom it out.
