I deleted an irrelevant pic with a false description added to the page by "Tobby" on 24/11/2024, why are you so keen to restore it? 41.68.190.220 (talk) 09:07, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
- Because the description of the picture match the picture caption. You on the other hand haven’t provided any evidence or discussed the picture with Toby at least. But actually engaged in warring. FuzzyMagma (talk) 21:31, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Hi there! I saw that you marked the Miss International 2006 article as reviewed, even though it had a notability tag on it. Did you find sources to establish notability? Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 04:42, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
- No, I just looked through the whole Miss International series and it seems borderline. My intuition was if this article needs to be deleted then the whole series should, as they all have the same level of credible coverage in secondary sources (almost none), plus I didn’t see harm in having the article.
- None of what I have mentioned is a policy so I will totally understand if you reverted my review but I think tagging the article is enough to warn the reader, and having this article unreviewed will mean other reviewers will spend time to decide on it. Thank you for the creation of the Habib Kambanga page. Even though you did do some errors like say he was an orphan which isnt correct and removed some of the things from the page, I am thankful for your work and hope to work together in the future. Also By the way, The imaged of Dr.Kambanga being appointed was fully allowed to be used by the state house photographers and distributed for free use. It is strange for you to say that it was some type of copyright?!GiganticFishy (talk) 14:09, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- thanks, let's start with the orphan thing, it is for articles. Read the tag next time before you remove it.

Your revert to Hemedti
Thank you for kindly reminding me that "you cannot just add information without a source" when in fact the source was already there, and my addition stems from that same source (which surely you would have checked before reverting). My rephrasing also sought to correct the "built an ...forces" which seemed ungrammatical to me. Should you consider to undo your revert you might also look into the accessdate of the cite ref which I am noticing only now. Webmgr (talk) 13:57, 11 January 2025 (UTC)
- Your version is better, I was conflicted about the phrasing for the livestock part and the removal of "According to Western officials" which was not a good phrasing to start with.
- Apologies for the hiccup/mistake and thanks for discussion. FuzzyMagma (talk) 15:04, 11 January 2025 (UTC)

Aluminium–silicon alloys
Hello! I happened to read the Aluminium–silicon alloys article and noticed a confusingly worded part:
"Hypoeutectic alloys (also hypoeutectic) have a silicon content of less than 12%."
It's in the pure alloys section. The part in parentheses should probably say something else but I don't know enough about the subject to guess what.

Confusion on Sennar offensive revision
Hello, I was confused on your recent edit in the Sennar offensive. The Egyptian Air Force is not part of the battalion so what was the point of the revision? I saw a mistake which was Egypt was not involved directly so like other articles I put it in a support section, but I saw that it was removed as well. Is there an explanation? Hi Fuzzymagma
On the kerma culture page I posted a Genetic section on the middle nile valley which includes the Kerma culture which i thought was an important in looking at the Genetics of the Kerma culture, an author (skallygook) who has it out for me for YEARS decided to remove the entirety of the Genetics section I wrote (with citations from Nature.com), an important look in understanding the genetics of the kerma culture, there are 2 pages on kerma, one that deals with the city itself and another that deals with the "Kerma culture" which includes the middle nile valley, anyways I thought the Nature magazine study on the Genetics of the middle nile valley can shed light on the people & genetics of the Kerma culture, he could have edited and corrected the claims that he felt were innacurate but instead removes the entire section with stuff i cited with Nature.com, anyways whether I am right or wrong can you be a 3rd objective party to all of this if you can Thank you. Jedorton (talk) 22:24, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- Correction his/her name is skllagyook Jedorton (talk) 22:38, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- I’m not familiar with the difference between Kadruka and Kerma or Kushite so it might be better to establish a link between the two before delving to genetics.
- I understand your frustration, but as you can see Karduka is not on Wikipedia, so if you have time, you can create the page also, so we can all understand the link between the two. Sorry if you felt that an editor is targeting you but some times that just comes with the territory as both of you are interested in similar content.
- I am sure @Skllagyook has nothing against you but just protecting the page, and their edit they explained the issue with your edit which you can address either here but better on the page talk. FuzzyMagma (talk) 22:41, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- I did address it on his page talk, part of the confusion (possibly on my part) comes from the Nature article itself that talks about "kerma period individuals" which may have confused me as being from kerma, but nonetheless these kadruka samples are likely identical to what the Kermans were genetically like as they're both from the Middle Nile Valley, I am going to read into it again and word it better. Jedorton (talk) 00:10, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- When you say “likely” this means you are doing original research. That’s why we prefer using secondary sources that interpret primary sources.
- If I have time by the end of the month, I will look to writing the Kadruka page just to help me also understand the link, and it’s seems like a historical site. I would appreciate your help as we did in similar pages or you can draft the page and I jump in to help as soon as I can FuzzyMagma (talk) 08:53, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hello Jedorton Kadruka is a site in Sudan considerably north of Kerma, close to the Egyptian border (in northern Nubia), while Kerma is located further south (in what might be called "central Nubia"). The Kadruka sample was from the same period that the Kerma culture existed (and could have had some link to it) but we dont know what that link was, if there was one, or whether or not it was a Kerma culture individual, and the source doesn't state as much. Thus I don't think it can be assumed that a single Kadruka individual is necessary representative of the Kerma population, especially given that archaeologists and linguists (e.g. Rilly and Cooper) have posited that different cultures/ethnic groups/language families existed in/along what is now Nubia/north and central Sudan at the time (some Cushitic/Afro-Asiatic, some Nilo-Saharan), perhaps also varying genetically. Skllagyook (talk) 19:31, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Skllagyook I admit I made a mistake confusing the article's"kerma period individual" with people from kerma itself, the article was kind of worded that way, I agree with you especially on your latter point (that upper Nubia was a melting pot of Eastern Sudanic & AA cultures), the article does end with the possibility of pastoralist groups from kenya & Tanzania having their origin in the Middle Nile Valley. Jedorton (talk) 20:35, 6 March 2025 (UTC)

Rizvi article sources
Hello,
Thank you for adding your feedback to my draft on Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi. However, not only have one of the two sources you left as a recommendation already been cited and used in the work, but I've used the Toronto Star, MEMRI, Ontario provincial archive, and the independent Iranian Islamic journal Safinah al Nejat as sources. I'm not sure if you've reviewed them or not, but I am unsure as to why the article doesn't qualify. I have more sources to add in the meantime, but since you commented one I've already used I thought it would be good to ask. BurimKazimi (talk) 15:45, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- but you wrote one source (or all of the sources) in promotional tune. That why I am waiting to see how are you going to use the 2nd source, to establish if you have a conflict of interest or not. FuzzyMagma (talk) 16:20, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- That's fair, but I wouldn't necessarily categorize that sentence as promotional. It mirrors what was written in a journal article by MEMRI, otherwise it wouldn't be there. "His views on the Apollo 11 mission are that science allows one to appreciate the power of God, and that denying space travel stems from the same mindset as those who have historically rejected the physical reality of the mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad."
- It's only relevant because there are many people, both non-Muslim conspiracy theorists and people within the Muslim community, who speculate the moon landing and think it's a hoax.
- I do see you've added some footnotes, so I will tend to those as well. Thanks. BurimKazimi (talk) 16:32, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- Ok I have tagged the article line by line for you at Draft:Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi. Hope that helps. FuzzyMagma (talk) 16:40, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
