Offer of GA reviewing mentorship

[edit]

I noticed via the GA talk page that you’d like to get experience doing more thorough and constructive GA reviews but you’re having some trouble. If you like, I’d be willing to co-review your next GAN or two and offer some tips and guidance on how to review each of the GA criteria. Just let me know if you’d like to try that, and, if so, how you’d like to proceed. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 20:14, 20 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@LEvalyn Sure. I am presently reviewing the article Starbuck (film), but I have already gone through the prose and the images of the article. Regards. MSincccc (talk) 04:01, 21 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations! - My story today: Jörg Streli, an architect to whom you can listen (in German, though) and the Jahrhundertring, nominated for GA (both hidden on the main page), - you just gave me a good GA review ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:54, 26 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your message, @Gerda Arendt. Regards. MSincccc (talk) 18:56, 26 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations, and thank you for another GA review! My story today is about an opera singer born OTD in 1870. I have problems to say something as informative about Mirella Freni (that you reviewed), as the DYK nom shows. -Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:05, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The Freni hook was improved while I wrote this ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:17, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Happy Easter, and thank you for good wishes on my talk! - My story is about music that Bach and Picander gave the world 300 years (and 19 days) ago, - listen (on the conductor's birthday) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:48, 20 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you also for the FAC review! Sorry, I just rewrote both the lead and the history section, - perhaps read again ;) - I'll go over the sources now because of the comment in the image section. I haven't written a FA in years, - perhaps you can help me unifying their appearance (locations, italics, alpha sort - those are the points I remember to look for). --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:20, 22 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Fashion of Catherine, Princess of Wales, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Zara.

DYK for Prince Louis of Wales

[edit]

On 23 April 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Prince Louis of Wales, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Prince Louis of Wales is the first British prince to be ranked behind an elder sister in the line of succession? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Prince Louis of Wales. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Prince Louis of Wales), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
