DYK for Beaver-engineered dam in the Czech Republic

[edit]

On 4 April 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Beaver-engineered dam in the Czech Republic, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that beavers (examples pictured) in the Czech Republic built dams that saved the government US$1.2 million? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Beaver engineered dam in the Czech Republic. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Beaver-engineered dam in the Czech Republic), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Question from Kiniow (03:19, 17 April 2025)

[edit]

I want to add some photos to the Dominic Rouse wiki page but there is a continuous block which is in place however I try to access the page. I am not using a VPN or a web host. The instructions for appealing blocks are so complex that I don't really understand them. Can you help? --Kiniow (talk) 03:19, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
